All about the art of Meditation with creative visualization. Creating white light protection and the reasons. The use and creation of sacred space. Meeting guides and or angels. This is a progressive workshop with the aim of guided meditations to achieve these goals. An insightful day with feedback sessions. All that we experience in the meditations may have significant meanings. We therefore try to do a certain amount of dream like analysis.
